- Removed "So Easy My Manager Can Do It", will be folded into Trivial
Emacs Kits
- Moved "Emacs as a Highschooler: How It Changed My Life" to Sunday
because of availability changes
- Fixed some outline issues, I think (Org user/development not broken
out any more)
