Combining microphone + system audio into a new virtual microphone source is probably more complicated than we want to walk speakers through. BBB says sharing system audio works only if you use Chrome on Mac OS X or Microsoft Windows (https://support.bigbluebutton.org/hc/en-us/articles/1500005315642-Can-I-play-a-video-using-screen-sharing).
