+When you're ready to submit your talk proposal, send your submission
+via email to <emacsconf-submit@gnu.org> including at minimum these
+essential information:
+
+- Your (preferred) name
+- Title of your talk
+- A short handle ("slug") for your talk, for use in filenames and URLs
+- An abstract of your talk (500 words or less)
+- Confirmation of your agreement with releasing the recording of your
+ talk from the livestream on the day(s) of the conference, along with
+ any associated material publicly, under the Creative Commons
+ Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) free culture
+ license. Associated material may include slides, notes,
+ transcripts, and prerecording of your talk (if you had sent me one).

+We're committed to increasing the participation of speakers belonging
+to groups traditionally underrepresented at free software conferences,
+including women and people of colour. If you're comfortable sharing
+demographic information, please include them in your submission email,
+but your proposal will not be judged negatively if you leave them out.
